ARFID Awareness UK has been chosen by Syngenta UK’s Jealott’s Hill site to be the charity they support for 2020. Every year, The Recreation Club Operations Team selects one charity to fundraise for, evaluating applicants against a strict set of criteria, one of which is that the funds raised need to be for a specific purpose (or partially meet the required funds for a specific purpose). Together with Trustee member Alison Beasley, nominator, Melanie Ernest put together our application form at the end of 2019 for consideration. The funds received will go towards covering some of the basic running costs of ARFID Awareness UK including the renewal of our website hosting platform, domain name fees, and bulk emailing capabilities.
Thank you to Melanie Ernest and the selection committee at Syngenta UK’s Jealott Hill site.
